I thought the one with the heads peeking over the horizon implied the anticipation of the rising sun. Which one do you like better? I'm assuming you like at least one of them! :) Make sure you view at full size (click on them).
I love both, but the first speaks to me. Especially titled "waiting", it gives unspoken life to the plants, in their anticipation. And yes, I realize that they may just be dead cat tails in no need of uv rays, but meh. :)
I like the first one! I like the contrast with the softness of the sky and the sharpness of the texture in the thistles. But what do I know.... it's all opinion. You are good at it all.
I started photography in 2006 and have gravitated to wildlife (my favorite) and landscape photography. I shoot with a Canon SLR with L-series lenses. My wife is very understanding and patient with my addiction. I appreciate any comments you can offer as they help me improve greatly! Thanks.
Since you asked, I like the second one! You are an awesome photographer!

ReplyDeleteI like the lonely expanse of the second one. It's amazing how those few little plants change the entire feel of the picture. Nice shot!
